Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Standard shipping typically arrives within 7-14 business days after processing, depending on your location. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package on its way to you.

 

Customs, Duties & Taxes

WalkIdentity Pet Essentials is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Damages

WalkIdentity Pet Essentials is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim.
